Nutrition & Food Waste Reduction Workshops

Join Fresh Approach for a virtual class on how to stay healthy and waste less! They will be talking about how to use up produce in your fridge that is leftover, or about to go bad. Have some leftover broccoli and tomatoes and no idea how to use them? Tune in for some tips and recipe ideas. Residents of San Mateo County who watch the class can earn $6 worth of VeggieRX Vouchers to buy fruits, vegetables and herbs at local farmers’ markets. Follow Fresh Approach on InstagramTV to tune into this class, starting Monday, April 13th at 12pm.

Fresh Approach and Leah’s Pantry are working together to produce new food waste reduction mini classes each week! Watch previous classes, and see our schedule of upcoming classes here.
